Regarding a growing interest in Economics of Education in Iran. This interest sprouted mainly from academics who, together with researchers, directed their efforts primarily to issues related to the financing and performance in education. In the 2020, the Association of the Economics of Education in Iran (IAEE) was established. In September of the year 2020, the Constituent Assembly was held to adopt the following objectives:
The association operates with the aim of extending the concept of the economics of education and providing financial resources to serve its public and private physical and corporate members. The Iranian Educational Economics Association was established for the purpose of expanding, advancing, and promoting academic knowledge in the fields of educational finance and economics, qualitatively developing specialized units, and improving educational and research matters in the fields of educational economics and finance. Furthermore, creating an atmosphere of interaction and dialogue between experts, managers and opinion leaders in the form of interviews and professional rounds has created opportunities for discussions in various fields such as education and business, finance and resource management.
We can provide innovative and creative solutions to solve problems for public and private organizations. In this way, the Association always strives to advance the goals set, not only with the experience of qualified members, but also with young, talented and smart people.
According to the Articles of Incorporation, the purpose of the association is to:
۱-It conducts scientific and cultural research at the national and international level with researchers and experts dealing with the economics and finance of education.
۲-Cooperating with executive bodies, scientific research institutions in the field of evaluation, verification and implementation of plans and programs related to education and research in the scientific activities of the Institute.
۳-Promotion of researchers and commendation of outstanding researchers and professors.
۴-Provision of education, research and technical services
۵-Facilitating the exchange of ideas and the transfer of knowledge and experience in the field of educational economics
۶-Building a foundation of understanding and consensus among the various institutions involved in the country’s macro-management
